TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We're sorry but there has to be some both for ours and your

General. These rules, which are designed to benefit all
bona fide caravanners, set out general standards of conduct and behaviour
expected of them.
Payment. On arrival, campers should register with the site
warden. If arriving very late when the office is closed, pitch yourself quietly
and with due consideration, and report to the warden the next morning. Any
receipt for payment should be retained throughout the stay.
Admission. Admission to the site implies a commitment to
uphold the internal rules of the site. Caravans should be placed only as
directed by the warden and be transferred to other pitches if the warden thinks
necessary to maintain the good condition of the pitches.
Trading on the site is forbidden.
The Pitch. Keep the pitch clean and tidy, with the minimum
of spare equipment stored outside, and neatly placed.
Use of Cars. Cars may be driven only directly between the
site entrance and pitch, and must never be driven above 5 mph.within the camp
confines. It is essential to avoid leaving the engine running, or revving it
unnecessarily and banging of car doors at night.
Cars should be parked as directed by the warden, but in any event
must not encroach on neighbouring pitches.
Sanitation. Chemical toilets and waste water containers
must be emptied only in the places provided for the purpose, or in accordance
with the instructions of the warden.
Refuse Disposal. Refuse must be placed in the receptacles
provided.
Laundry/Washing Up. The washing of clothes and dishes is
forbidden at taps and wash hand basins. Washing should be hung out to dry in a
discreet manner, no drying lines to exceed the width of the caravan.
Fires. The lighting of fires is forbidden. Proper metal
barbecues are permitted if used in a responsible manner.
Dogs and other Pets. Dogs must always be kept on a leash
and other pets must be kept under proper control. They must not be allowed to
foul the park or become a nuisance, and should only be exercised in the special
area provided. Any owner allowing their animal to become a nuisance or foul the
site, will be asked to leave. Animals are not allowed in any of the buildings.
Noise and Nuisance. Musical instruments, radios, record
players and similar appliances should be used considerately during the day, and
not at all after 10.00pm. Noise should be kept to an absolute minimum after
11.00pm.
Children. Children must be under the supervision of their
parents or guardian at all times.
Games. Any games, particularly ball games, which might
annoy or inconvenience others are forbidden except in the areas provided, and at
the management's discretion.
General Behaviour. Respect the site and its amenities Do
not damage plants, trees or grass. Do not dig holes for any purpose whatsoever.
Do not drop litter. Do not intrude on your neighbours privacy or pitch. Do not
intrude upon neighbouring land.
Departure. Inform the site office of your intended
departure the previous day. Except for special weekend arrangements, you should
leave the site by 12 noon at the latest. Ensure that the pitch is left as you
would wish to find it on arrival. Should you wish to extend your stay please
check with reception.
Site Management. Accommodation on the site is provided on
the condition that all rules, and instructions given by the owner are observed.
Any person in breach of these rules may be asked to leave the site.
The management reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason.
The management will not accept liability of any description for the
person or the property of any person using the park.
